I joined Heather’s Fitness Challenge looking to get a jumpstart on my weight loss and I loved the accountability!
I am not only completing the workouts but also stretching which is something I haven’t done enough of in the past. If you are thinking of joining I say do it, especially if you are lacking motivation.
It’s a great jumpstart and you can do this, start small, and just take it one day at a time.
I loved that this program focussed on healthy habits and not just exercise and I also loved knowing I could get my workout done in 30 minutes!
I really enjoyed the app, it was easy to follow along, I loved that there were modifications for some of the exercises and that it has MyFitness Pal integration. The group community and support were great!

I love her style. Heather is quick to set up a time to chat about your goals and turn them into a fun yet challenging program. Heather regularly checks in on you to see if you have any questions or need any adjustments or modifications.
She is always just a message away and always responds promptly. I have worked with several trainers in the past. Some have had more experience but, were not as accessible and didn’t go above and beyond like Heather does to make sure I am happy and seeing the results I am after.
I highly recommend Heather and her training style!
